Founder of Agence 10414549, Sébastien Langlois selects and represents independent winegrowers in Québec. Since 2020, he has been building his portfolio through tastings, encounters and visits to producers.
His journey in wine follows a university education in biochemistry, molecular biology and developmental neurobiology, then specialized studies at ITHQ and with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). He also completed the « SCC Sake Scholar Course ».
His career has been built in parallel in private import and restaurants. At Bacchus76, a leading private import agency in Québec, he works in business development, participates in the marketing of a large portfolio of producers and collaborates on the sake project. At the same time, he has held various positions in restaurants and wine bars, gaining concrete knowledge of service, operations and the needs of restaurateurs.
This dual experience continues today. Sébastien still collaborates with Bacchus76 and acts as associate and operator of Fleurs et Cadeaux, in Montréal, where he oversees the wine program. Occasionally, he also supports other establishments in developing their wine lists and training their teams.
His research and travels have taken him to many regions of France, Burgundy, Champagne, Jura, Savoie and the Rhône Valley, to meet passionate winegrowers. Agence 10414549 favours human-sized estates, making a place for their wines at equally exceptional restaurateurs.
